It is not in dispute that the order, whose contempt is alleged in this Contempt Case, has been modified in W.A.No.754 of 2018 by order dt.10.05.2018.

Therefore on the ground of merger of the order dt.02.05.2018 passed by me with the order dt.10.05.2018 passed by the Division Bench, the instant Contempt Case no longer survives.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
