It is the case of the petitioners that though they filed appeal under Section 5-B of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land & Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 on 27.03.2010 before the 1st respondent and same is numbered as ROR Appeal No.B/932/2010, no orders are passed on the same. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Since the appeal filed by the petitioners on 27.03.2010 is pending with the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners, after issuing notice to all the affected parties, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
