This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 21.12.2016 in I.A.No.619 of 2016 in O.S.No.1721 of 1996 on the file of the Additional Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this revision petition before the trial Court. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
