When the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the police filed final report and the cognizance taken by the Juvenile Justice Court and the petitioner/accused was tried and delivered judgment and thereby the petition no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

2) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
