Chandraiah) This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the orders dated 10.03.2005 in O.A.No.6991 of 2001 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.19405 of 2006, wherein this Court by orders dated 05.11.2015 dismissed the said writ petition and hence this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed in terms of the orders passed in W.P.No.19405 of 2006, dated 05.11.2015. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
