HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO. 18212 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not disposing of the application of the petitioners filed seeking to regularize the plot admeasuring an extent of 433 square yards, bearing No.8 in Sy.No.270/A5 of Koritapadu, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Counter affidavit has been filed in September, 2007. In the counter affidavit, nowhere it is stated that the application of the first petitioner was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the application of the first petitioner is not yet disposed of. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, as the first petitioner made an application on 12.2.2004 seeking regularization of the plot bearing No.8 in Sy.No.270/A5, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders thereon, if the said representation is not yet disposed of and intimate the same to the petitioners herein. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
