This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.21 of 2015 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Parchur, Prakasam District, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court-cum-XII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
