When this civil revision petition, filed by the petitioner/JDR, is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/JDR may be permitted to withdraw the revision petition reserving liberty to file an application for stay of the execution proceedings either in the Execution Petition, which is pending before the Executing Court or before the trial Court, before which the applications filed for setting aside the ex parte decree and for condonation of delay in seeking to set aside the ex parte decree are pending.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, reserving liberty, as sought for.

There shall be no order as to costs.
