This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents Nos.2 to 4 to complete the enquiry on his complaint dated 4.7.2016. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is stated in the affidavit that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent stating that in spite of handing over the original documents to the 5th respondent, he is harassing the petitioner. The said complaint was forwarded to the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry and the same is pending from July, 2016. But no action has been taken so far. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction: "Respondents Nos.2 to 4 are directed to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and communicate the same to the superiors and also to the petitioner."
No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
