This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3 in not registering the case basing on the complaint made by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3 on instructions submits that basing on the complaint made by the petitioner on 14.06.2018, they enquired into the matter and found that the same is civil in nature and noncognizable in nature and petitioner was informed to approach the competent civil court vide letter dated 10.07.2018 sent through registered post on 10.07.2018.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
