O R D E R

The complaint against the 2nd respondent is fabrication of documents, illegal occupying of small extent of land claimed by the petitioner through a registered sale deed dated 18.10.2001.

After perusing the complaint and the documents on which the petitioner is relying upon, this court is of the view that petitioner if so advised, can work out comprehensive reliefs against all alleged omissions and commissions by the 2nd respondent in a properly instituted suit or proceedings.

By granting liberty as observed above, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
