THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.17409 OF 2007

O R D E R

This writ petition was filed by the Sarpanch of Remoddula Gram Panchayat, Pangal Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, aggrieved by the Award dated 10.12.2004 passed by the Labour Court-III, Hyderabad, in I.D.No.13 of 2002. The said I.D. was filed by the 1st respondent herein. However, pursuant to the order dated 24.06.2011 passed by this Court, the writ petition already stood dismissed for default as against the 1st respondent.

In that view of the matter, the validity of the Award under challenge cannot be examined in the absence of the 1st respondent at whose behest it was passed.

The writ petition therefore fails in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed. Interim order dated 14.08.2007 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
