HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO W.P. No.22007 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj representing respondent No.1 and learned Government Pleader for Irrigation representing respondents 2 and 3 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and also the representation of the petitioners submitted to the respondent No.2 dated 10.06.2017 acknowledged by them on 13.06.2017 with the complaint that they are not considering the representation.

2) Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation submitted that if any such representation is submitted, the same will be considered in accordance with law. It is however, stated that for any change in the alignment, public interest is the prerogative and not personal convenience.

3) Having regard to the above, the writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioners within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs. 4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
