Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the trial was completed and the C.C.No.561 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda was ended in acquittal by the judgment dated 13.03.2015.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous, and therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
