When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.01.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. .ln spite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal,, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even today. In view of the same, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
