Sri V. Ravi Kiran Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the matter relates to election conducted for the Managing Committee of the 4th respondent, as of now the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
