This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw G.W.O.P.No.1186 of 2015 on the file of the Court of V Additional District & Sessions Judge-Family Court, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file similar application before appropriate forum. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
