This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the order, dated 15.12.2013, of the learned Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - III Additional District Judge, Warangal, passed in I.A.No.189 of 2012 in O.P.No.136 of 2012. 2 .

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the disposal of the suit by the trial Court on 09.12.2014, no cause survives for adjudication in this Revision and that therefore, the Revision may be dismissed as infructuous. 3 .

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
