This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.228 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ongole Taluq Police Station, Prakasam District. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the criminal petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
