HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.25959 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent authority in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.11.2019 and investigating the same effectively, as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that based on the compliant of the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.487 of 2019 under Sections 420, 447, 504 and 506 IPC of Moinabad Police Station on 26.11.2019 and the said case is being investigated into. A copy of the FIR has also been placed on record before this Court.

Having regard to the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and since a crime has been registered and is being investigated into, the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in the matter.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
