HONOURABLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7614 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally to dispose of C.C.No.22 of 2017 pending on his file expeditiously.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State. 3.
In view of the innocuous relief sought by the petitioner and also having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally to commence and conclude the trial in C.C.No.22 of 2017 as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
