HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO A.S.M.P.No.2453 of 2015 & A.S.No.50 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is directed against the decree and judgment dated 28.11.2013 passed in O.S.No.769 of 2007 by the III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District. Plaintiff filed O.S.No.769 of 2007 for partition of the suit schedule properties into five equal shares and allotment of one such share to him. The trial Court vide judgment dated 28.11.2013 decreed the suit. Aggrieved thereby, the present appeal has been preferred by the 11th defendant.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submitted that the parties had entered into a compromise and settled the matter outside the Court and that the terms of compromise are reduced into writing and that A.S.M.P.No.2453 of is filed seeking permission to take on record the memorandum of compromise.

Today, both the parties are present before this

Court and stated that they have amicably settled the matter. The terms of compromise are read over and explained to them and they agreed for the terms of compromise.

Accordingly, A.S.M.P.No.2453 of 2015 is ordered and the appeal is allowed in terms of compromise. The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of this judgment. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
