THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.776 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri B. Muralidhar, learned counsel representing Sri T. Prasanna Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order passed in W.P.No.38330 of 2015 has been complied with. In that view of the matter, this contempt case which was filed alleging disobedience to the said order does not survive for consideration on merits and is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
