THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.11190 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the petitioner's report dated 2.3.2017 and the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not taking the action in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 3.3.2017 as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Home had placed on record the written instructions received from Sub Inspector of Police, Kanchanbagh Police Station, Hyderabad with respect to both the incidents which the petitioner alleged that an entry was made on 2.3.2017 in General Dairy and preliminary enquiry was conducted which reveals that the allegations are false. In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent-Station House Officer to furnish a copy of the report to the petitioner as required under Section 173 of Cr.P.C, who shall be entitled to take appropriate steps, if he so desires. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
