THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1489 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the orders dated 06.08.2012 in I.A.No.509 of 2012 in F.C.O.P.No.92 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Anantapur. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing of the criminal revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
