When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition, as there are several mistakes in the petition of basic facts, with liberty to file fresh petition. Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Registry is directed to return the original papers. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
