THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 8788 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to quash the F.I.R No.55 of 2017, dated 10.02.2017, registered on the file of the 4th respondent-Station House Officer, Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad, against the petitioner.

Today, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions submits that the 4th respondent, after conducting investigation into Crime No.55 of 2017, filed a charge sheet on 08.03.2017, which was taken on cognizance as C.C. No. 245 of 2017 on the file of the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad, and the same is pending trial. Recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. However, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out the remedies available, if any, in law. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
