THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITI 0.6899 of 2018 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/Al to 46, to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.905 of 20tl on the File of X Metropolitan Magistrate at Malkajgiri, Cyberabad. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 307, 324, 420, 498A, 506 and 509 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

None appears for the petitioners.

As seen From the record, earlier also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The subject C.C. is of the year 2017. The stage of the subject C.C. before the trial Court is not known. Therefore. this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the criminal petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, if cause survives. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
