Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the photo copy of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the subject case was disposed of in Lok Adalath on 14-12-2019. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
