ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to O.A/021/756/2015, dated 10.07.2015, on the file of Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench Hyderabad, and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in gross violation of principles of natural justice."

At the hearing, Mrs. Pushpinder Kaur, learned

counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 14.9.2015, is vacated and WPMP.Nos.32474 and 38538 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim relief and WVMP.No.3439 of are dismissed as infructuous.
