O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that the father in law of the 1st petitioner was the pattadar of the subject land admeasuring Ac.5-00 guntas in Sy.No.632/A and 705/AA situated at Patvarigudem Village, Dammapeta Mandal, Khammam District. Petitioner's father in law died on 06.12.2015 leaving behind 1st petitioner's husband and the respondent No.5 as legal heirs. While so, the 5th respondent suppressing the fact as if he is only LR of petitioner's father in law obtained pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject land. Against the same, the petitioner made representation on 05.11.2013 before the 3rd respondent who in turn directed the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry. As no action has been taken, the petitioner submitted another representation on 25.02.

2015 before the 2nd respondent who in turn directed the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry and take action as per the rules. Inspite of the same, no action has been initiated by the 4th respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of above facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the competent authority to dispose of the application of the petitioners dated 05.11.2013 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J Date: 14.10.2016 dv
