HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA APPEAL SUIT No.876 OF 2011 JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the appellants are defendant Nos.11 and 12 in the original suit. Defendant Nos.1 to 10 in the original suit have preferred A.S.No.684 of 2011 and the said appeal ended in compromise by the judgment and decree dated 29.06.2015 based on the memorandum of compromise filed therein. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4, who are the plaintiffs in the original suit, is also present. He would agree with the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants. Having regard to the submissions made, the present Appeal Suit is dismissed as nothing survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal Suit, shall stand closed.
