Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the cause in the present revision does not survive, as the non-bailable warrant issued against the accused was already recalled and trial is being held.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the present revision, stand closed.
