THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD Writ Petition No.33147 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the 1st respondent Bank in conducting the auction with negative publicity in order to facilitate the 3rd respondent to knock down the bid as being illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, besides violative of Principles of Natural

Justice and is a material irregularity and consequently set-aside the auction held on 22-05-2015."

At the hearing, Sri Parsa Ananth Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.MP.No.42767 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
