O R D E R

Sri Borra Siva Sankara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 28.01.2016 to the Registry stating that in the light of the counter filed by the Inspector of Police, Buttaigudem, the fourth respondent, wherein he categorically stated that the police authorities had never interfered with the land of the petitioners, the petitioners do not want to pursue the matter further.

Taking the stand of the police authorities on record, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
