HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.109 OF 2015 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station on the complaint of respondents 5 and 6. Hence, the petitioner seeks relief against interference from the day to day affairs of the petitioner from the 4th respondent.
Learned Government Pleader for Home has received instructions from the 4th respondent and states that on the complaint filed by the 6th respondent before the Superintendent of Police, Kurnool, the SDPO, Kurnool was directed to enquire into the matter and in turn, the SDPO directed the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry and take necessary action. The 4th respondent further states that he has examined the matter and on finding that the dispute raised by the complainant is in the nature of civil dispute. He has not taken any action and advised the 6th respondent to approach the Court of law where the civil disputes can be resolved. The 4th respondent also states that the petitioner was never called to the police station nor was harassed. It is stated that no action has been taken on the complaint on finding that it is a civil dispute. In view of the above statement on behalf of the 4th respondent, the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J April 28, 2015.
