B/O tk 20.09.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.2 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in Crl.P.8806 of 2021 dt.10.02.2022 that she should appear before the concerned Police once in a month instead of once in a week granted by this Court in Crl.P.No.8806 of 2021 vide order dated 20.12.2021.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the crime was registered in the month of September 2021. Except filing of charge sheet, investigation is complete. He further submits that the petitioner is suffering with serious health problems and recently her husband undergone heart operation and she has to take care of him including her old parents.

Therefore, petitioner is facing difficulty to appear before the concerned Police once in a month; and as such seeks relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in Crl.P.8806 of 2021 dt.10.02.2022, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating authorities, as and when required.
