HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.25930 of 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not executing the warrant against the 3rd respondent, issued by the District Forum, Eluru, West Godavari District by order, dated 07.05.2011, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner, and learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that the matter was settled out of Court and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
