Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this Revision with liberty to avail the remedy of challenging the impugned order also when the final order, which the Arbitrator may pass in Arbitration Case No.18 of 2019, is challenged under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

In view of the said request, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No costs. 3.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
