The applicant prays for convening the meetings of equity shareholders and secured creditors of the applicant company. On 26.04.2016, this Court appointed Ms.V.Santhisree and Ms.Deepthi Anand as Chairpersons to convene the meetings on 08.06.2016. The reports dated 16.06.2016 of respective Chairpersons are placed on record.
