O R D E R

Petitioner is Krishna District Kabaddi Association, represented by its Secretary and it is stated to be affiliated to 3rd respondent - Andhra Kabaddi Association. The case of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent recognized the elected committee of the petitioner for a period of four years from 17.05.2015 to 16.05.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that during the currency of their recognition, without any sufficient cause, the President of the 3rd respondent - Association in collusion with one Mr. V. Veerlankaiah, the Honerary Secretary of the 3rd respondent - Association, against whom criminal cases are registered; dissolved the elected committee of the petitioner - Association vide order dated 21.05.2018, and the 2nd respondent - Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh, is interfering with the functioning of the petitioner - Association. Hence the writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

A reading of writ affidavit goes to show that grievance of writ petitioner is only against respondents 3 and 5 and the proceedings dated 21.05.2018 issued by 3rd respondent and it is stated that both petitioner and respondent No.3 are associations, registered under Societies Registration Act and it not stated how writ petition is maintainable against 3rd respondent, which is purely a private body and petitioner can challenge its orders in this writ petition. Dispute appears purely a civil dispute between petitioner and respondent No.3.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain writ petition.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, on instructions, submits that the 2nd respondent in not interfering with the functioning of the petitioner - Association.

Recording the above statement of the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. It is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedy for redressal of its grievance against the 3rd respondent.
