Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents 2 to 5 not to disburse the compensation amount and other benefits pertaining to the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.2-00 guntas in Survey Nos.61/A/4 and 61/A/5 of Padthanpalli village, Mancherial mandal, Adilabad District, to respondent Nos.6 and 7 under R & R Scheme for Karnamamidi village displaced persons under SPY Project, pending finalisation of the title dispute by duly considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2016. 2.

Notice issued. Learned Government Pleader accepts notice and assures this Court that the representation dated 30.07.2016 of the petitioner shall be decided within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. 3.

Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the submissions of the learned Government Pleader, I hereby direct the respondent No.4 to take decision, as per law, on the representation dated 30.07.2016 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner in writing within a week thereafter. Till a decision is taken on the representation and communicated to the petitioner, the compensation amount shall not be disbursed either to respondents 6 and 7 or any other party.
