The limited grievance of the petitioners is that their application for restoration of a suit which was dismissed for non-prosecution, is being adjourned from time to time for the past more than about 18 months.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Since the prayer is of a limited nature without infringing upon the rights of the respondents, the revision is disposed of at the admission stage.

4. The revision is disposed of, having regard to the limited scope, directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.434 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
