This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to set aside the docket order 03.10.2019 passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, in Crl.M.P.No.2995 of 2019 in C.C.(SR).No.6026 of 2019.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.
Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
