Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents. Petitioner's grievance is that 3rd respondent was not investigating Crime No.89 of 2016 on the file of 2nd respondent and not taking any steps to arrest the accused.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents states that the charge sheet has been filed before the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Cyberabad against the persons mentioned in the complaint lodged by the petitioner. In this view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
