THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.35554 OF 2016 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri Gandra Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner had secured a loan from the State Bank of Patiala; on the State Bank of Patiala, initiating proceedings under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the present Writ Petition was instituted; the State Bank of Patiala has since been merged with the State Bank of India; and, since the petitioner is now required to institute legal proceedings against the State Bank of India, they be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a Writ Petition afresh against the State Bank of India.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
