THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.16011 of 2017 ORDER :

2.
Petitioner claims to be Government servant in the Government of India. He was placed under suspension by the order dated 15.04.2017 by the 2nd respondent. Petitioner is aggrieved by the said order of suspension. Since the petitioner has an efficacious remedy available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the said remedy. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
