This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 22-01-2016 in W.P.No. 1847 of 2016.

At the hearing, Sri Raghavender Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri Satyanarayana Rao Adiraju, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the aforementioned order has since been complied with by the respondent and that, therefore, the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication. 3.

In the light of the above submission of learned counsel, the contempt case is closed.
