THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3668 OF 2014 ORDER:

1 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners and the 2nd respondent settled the matter before Lok Adalat and an award has also been passed on 09.07.2014 and to that effect the learned counsel for the petitioners filed copy of the award passed by the Lok Adalat.

2 In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Lok Adalat and also in view of the award dated 09.07.2014, no further orders need be passed in this petition.
