This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the order dated 04.01.2012 in C.M.A.No.19 of 2011 passed by the VII Additional District Judge, Ongole.

On 06.03.2015, learned counsel for the respondent represented before this Court that the respondent died during pendency of the revision petition and the same was informed to the petitioners by way of memo giving the date of death and details of LRs, but no steps were taken till date. Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed as abated by operation of law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
